Your Satisfaction Guarantee:

Anything purchased from Yin Yang Home may be returned within 30 days of delivery for refund or
exchange,
following the guidelines under "Returns" and "Refunds," below.

Condition of Goods Sold:

All merchandise sold by Yin Yang Home is new and designed to be sold in the U.S. market, unless
noted.  Therefore, most of the electrical appliances will run on 110 voltage and operate at the
USA frequency rate.  International customers are welcome to purchase products from us as we
ship to most countries.  Used merchandise is never sold as new. New-equipment cartons may be
opened for inspection before being shipped to you.

Returns:

Returns will be accepted within 30 days, so long as the return is accompanied by a Return
Authorization number.  Any customer wishing to return an item must e-mail or call Yin Yang Home
first for a return authorization (RA) number. Return postage and insurance are the responsibility
of the sender, except in the case that an order is incorrect or incomplete. When returning item(s)
to us, please take care to individually wrap all parts to protect from damage.  Please note that
shipping insurance does not cover damage caused by inadequate packing (including parts being
damaged by contact with other parts inside the box.)

Refunds:

Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee, with a $10 minimum.  Refunds will be issued only on
those returns for which an RA number has been assigned and only when the item is received by
Yin Yang Home in the same condition it was shipped.  With the exception of incorrect or
incomplete orders received, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refused Deliveries:

Refused deliveries and order cancellations received after merchandise has been shipped are
subject to the same policies as Returns.  Refunds on Refused Deliveries shall fall under the above
provision.  Sender is responsible for any shipping costs associated with or incurred by Yin Yang
Home relating to the refusal of said delivery.  Original shipping charges on refused deliveries are
also non-refundable.  Refused deliveries are subject to a 15% restocking fee, with a $10
minimum.

Defective Equipment:

Within 30 days, customers may opt to have defective merchandise replaced or refunded. After 30
days, the terms of the manufacturer's warranty apply and all warranty issues should be brought
to the manufacturer. The return shipping charges on defective item for replacement only (valid RA
required) will be covered by Yin Yang Home, for those return shipments originating within the U.S.

Shipping:

Standard shipping is via FedEx Ground (some small items may go by USPS Mail). Most orders
received by noon Pacific Time ship within 2-4 business days. Other shipping options are available.
If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us. Shipping damage must be reported
within 72 hours of receipt. Please view our

For customers in the Northern California Bay Area, we offer pick up options at our San Jose store.

Receipts:

Receipts are e-mailed; you should print a copy for your files. Some manufacturers require receipt
for warranty service. Mail-order customers may receive receipts by mail.

Personal Checks:

Orders paid by personal check may take up to 10 business days, from the date of receipt, to
clear. Orders will be shipped immediately after this period.

Canadian Orders:

Because the AVS (computerized credit card address verification system) does not function beyond
the U.S. 48 states, we are sometimes not able to take payment for Canadian orders by credit
card. In those cases, payment can be made by cashier's check from a U.S. owned bank such as
Bank of America, or by Canadian Postal Money Order in U.S. dollars ($5 is added for money orders
because U.S. banks, regrettably, charge us additional to deposit them.)

Import Fees:

Any and all import fees that may be assessed on items shipped outside the U.S. are the sole
responsibility of the purchaser
.  In the case that the purchaser does not pay the import
fees/taxes associated with their shipment, it will be charged to their order.

Alaska and Hawaii Orders: There are additional charges for shipping most items to AK and HI,
and most shipments to AK and HI are by Priority Mail.

Non U.S./Canadian Orders:

Privacy:

We do not sell or otherwise disclose customer information to any outside party not directly
involved in fulfilling your order.

Security:

Customer credit card information is never transmitted by Non-secured means. Order processing is
provided through Yahoo! Inc's Secure Sockets Layer technology to prevent the information from
being intercepted. This site is secure and part of the Yahoo! Inc's Shopping Network.

Typos:

Yin Yang Home is not responsible for typographical errors. We do appreciate hearing about any
inaccurate information on our site as well as any other feedback you would care to share about
